Manuele Creatini

Manuele Creatini is a corporate development and strategy professional specializing in sports investing. As Venture Partner for Sports Investing Europe at North Sea Ventures, he helps professional sports organizations evolve from traditional operators into modern investment platforms — leading due diligence on SportsTech startups, structuring equity-for-contract deals, and connecting European rights holders with US commercial expertise.

Manuele brings transaction rigor honed across roughly 20 deals spanning the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East, work that unlocked approximately €50 million in total synergies. At AMMEGA, he led four cross-border acquisitions across Denmark, Canada, Israel, and Spain, unlocking ~€15 million in cost and sales synergies while building a three-year operating plan projecting 8% organic growth. At BIP, he directed nine bolt-on acquisitions across the US, UK, and Italy, advised equity partners on deal structures generating ~€30 million in synergies, and screened ~300 target firms to yield roughly 2x returns.

He began his career in investment banking at BNP Paribas CIB and the boutique advisor Cross Border, executing sell-side mandates and building financial models across industries. His toolkit combines rigorous financial modeling — LBOs, cap-table and dilution analysis, scenario planning — with commercial diligence and end-to-end project management, from initial screening through drafting information memoranda and negotiating terms. A former professional footballer, he pairs this financial discipline with a genuine operator's feel for the sports business.

Manuele is completing an MBA at IESE Business School (2025–2027) and holds a master's in Corporate Finance from Luiss Guido Carli, with an exchange at EDHEC Business School and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pisa.
